Main activities Programme + Programme translation:
Lectures held by highly qualified trainers from Formare Studia, with experience in international workshops, in order to ensure high quality of the workshop’s activities.

Interactive activities and group discussions on various themes: the relationship between management and quality, how is quality in education measured in different countries, how do the changes in the concept of quality affect your country's education practices, how to keep the educational offer updated and adapt it to the new regulations and demands, gguidelines for performance improvement.

Laboratory of Ideas: Group work activity: Using their creativity and teamwork capacity, a unique learning activity, a Laboratory of Ideas will take place as the participants will have to designing an information campaign addressing personal development opportunities for adults through formal, non formal and informal education. This campaign will be presented in front of an audience formed of 20-30 adults in different stages of personal development. The campaigns will also be posted on Facebook for information and dissemination purpose. This will allow the participants to create a database of adult education learning opportunities to be further used, disseminated and continuously enhanced.

Role playing game: the participants will experience what happens when there is lack of communication between staff members of an organization, to emphasize the importance of quality assurance.

Study visits in organizations which are good practices examples for quality management implementation in our community.

Scientific event: the participants will attend the annual International Conference that Formare Studia organizes on the theme of quality in formal and non formal education. They will have the chance to interact with the participants from the conference and share their expertise in this field. Social activities : an international evening will be organized, inter-active games on the topic of the workshop, visit to museums and touristic attractions of the region.

Day 1: Opening session: Presentation of the program, trainers, each participant and organisations; Lecture 1: Quality management systems – Fundamentals and vocabulary; Workshop - team work: Presentation of main findings and conclusions on the theme; Lecture 2: National policies in the field of quality in adult education

Day 2: Lecture 3: Quality evaluation models applied to the evaluation of adult educational organizations; Lecture 4- Self-assessment processes in adult education

Day 3: Lecture 5 - Strategies for Stimulating Quality in Adult Education; Study visit,

Day 4: Laboratory of Ideas- Group work: the participants will be divided in 3 groups and will work on creating an information campaign with resources (Database) for personal development opportunities for adults through formal, non formal and informal education.

Day 5: Presentation of the information campaigns: each team presents their outcomes in an interactive activity with the audience, followed by discussions and feedback from the audience; Interactive activity: Funding opportunities for adults (both the participants and the audience is invited to attend this activity where Formare Studia Staff, with diverse experience in international projects as project managers, Grundtvig assistant, workshop participants and organizers, will present different funding opportunities)

Day 6: The participants will attend the International Conference “Quality in formal and non formal education – third edition” - an annual event of Formare Studia and will have the chance to interact with the other participant at the scientific event and create networks and share expertise in the field of quality in education. The information campaigns designed, the database of resources gathered will also be presented at the conference.
