Participants will use tools like photography and storytelling in order to gradually discover and picture the local identity of the rural community, while also being guided toward reconnecting with their own roots and sharing this connection with the others. They will be involved in a discovery learning process that will reveal to them the power of image and imagination and guide them toward the idea of using storytelling (both verbal and non-verbal) as a tool for rural regeneration. During the 10 days of the Workshop, the participants will take part in a series of activities aimed at building group cohesion, exploring the community and the surrounding space, stimulating creativity and raising awareness concerning the importance of rural heritage.

Non professional leaders and coaches, working with LGBT, human rights and diversity. They are non-professionals such as volunteers and activists that spend some time on community work and want to use the narrative approach as a tool to work with identity of LGBT people. However, as the wish is to stimulate diveristy in the workshop as well, the workshop is open to anyone that would wish to work for a more equal society.
