61. The Secretariat's report indicates that the DGAD may terminate an antidumping investigation if it receives a written request of the domestic industry or on its behalf. In that sense, could the DGAD decide to continue the investigation for reasons of public interest despite receiving a request of the domestic industry or legal mandate would be required to complete the procedure?
