WP 4 objectives

  • WP 4.1 : promotion and dissemination (Grand-Lyon)

    • To define the promotion and the dissemination plan (at local and European level)
    • To ensure efficiente communication and coordinate Renaissance promotion activities (at local and European level)
  • WP 4.2 : common dissemination activities (Hespul)

    • To contribute to and organise the dissemination of common results and activities upon the request of the Commission (Concerto+)

  • Define local and european promotion and dissemination strategy

  • European strategy : develop a common vision between « Renaissance» partners concerning targets and means of actions (dissemination, promotion, training)

  • Local strategy: develop and implemente a promotion plan and a dissemination plan

  • discussions to be initiated in Milan with the workshops results

    • discussion initiated between GL, SEM, and Hespul
    • a communication plan will be proposed in summer 07
    • a dissemination plan should be clarified and proposed in autumn 07

    • Events organised by Eurocities (network of major European cities)
