THE ASSESSMENT OF 6331 NUMBERED OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY LAW IN THE BUILDING SECTOR
SUMMARY
In this project there is an evaluation of 6331 numbered Occupational Health and Safety Law within the frame of government, employer and employee. First of all information’s about the historical background of occupational safety in the world and in our country were given under the heading of general overview to occupational health and safety law, and the notion of Occupational Health and Safety is explained , technical and relevant terms and also definitions are explained. Then the introduction of the sector and general analysis are made by giving the general information’s about the building sector.
In the second part available implementations about Occupational Health and Safety are delivered and the notion of application coordinator is tried to explained. Types of occupational accidents are explained and it is targeted to offer an entire view by presenting statistical data about accidents in the buildings.
In the third part general information’s about the structure and systematic of 6331 numbered law are given. My project puts emphasis on the occurring of 6331 numbered labor law and its reflection the working life.
The fourth part deals with the profits of 6331 numbered labor law by mentioning the innovations of 6331 numbered labor law from the aspects of government and employer
Argument and conclusion parts deal with the difficulties that are lived during the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Administrative System. Current professionals draw attention to deficiency of government control in the working life and they also mention about the shortness of legal working time.
