| 7. Obligation to Provide Information
The GTZ shall be entitled to review at any time the progress and results attained in respect of the execution of the Contract. The Appraiser/Firm of Consultants shall ensure that the documents necessary in this regard are available at all times and shall provide the information required. At the request of the GTZ, the Appraiser/Firm of Consultants shall also furnish information to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and other persons or organisations commissioned by the GTZ, and enable the same to carry out inspections.
