| Section 7.1 : Commissioning Team .
The Commissioning Team , led by the Commissioning Phase Manager , is responsible for the execution of the complete IOCP phase . The overall Commissioning Team organisation is depicted in Figure NN ( IOCP Organigram chart by AH ) and is articulated around the IOCP Core Team Coordinators , supported by dedicated teams and/or experts from ESA , Contractors and Industry .

The Terms Of References ( TOR’s ) of each IOCP functions are given in Annex F . The IOCP Core Team is responsible for defining and executing the IOCP Phase until the IOCR ( In-Orbit Commissioning Review ) . In executing the IOCP , the Core Team will :
