Social culture aspects measure

It was prepared by the Researcher, appendix (1). It was referred to some previous studies, such as: Study of Jolla Hallab (1999) (16), and Hamada Othman (1977) (17), and Thane Found Amen (1987) (35), and through browsing those studies, it was possible to determine some topics on the light of which it may build the social culture aspects measure in gymnastics. The stages of questionnaire preparation have passed the following steps:



  1. Determination of the questionnaire dimensions as follows:

Role of media.

Role of Gymnastics Association.

Interest of the club members.

Facilities and human sources available.

Society view point



2. Measure expressions building

The researcher has gathered and formulated the expressions related to each dimension, and the number of expressions was as follows ٌ



  • Role of the media 10 expressions

  • Role of the gymnastics association 8 expressions




  • Role of the clubs members 8 expressions.

-Social awareness to formation female gymnastics teams 9 expressions

-Society point of view 12 expressions


Thus, the number of measure expressions is 47

First poll study


The questionnaire was exposed to a purpose sample among the teachers of the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Al-Fateh, to obtain the relevant truth of expressions, where the personal interview method was used. The result of the personal interview has revealed that the expressions are suitable to their topics, thus, the researcher would have investigated the apparent truth of expressions.

Second poll study


The researcher has calculated the measure constancy coefficient using the half spilt method on a sample outside that of the research, consisting of 15 students in the fourth year in the Faculty of physical Education, University of Al-Fateh, as well as are a sample outside that of the research, from Czechs consisting of 15 students in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Masaryk University in Brno. The following table illustrates the result of such a study.
