• A goal of training 150 official statisticians for the developing countries and 600 domestic statistical personnel.
• The system of summit forums on statistics at regular intervals can be prepared and established.

• 200 personnel from abroad and 800 trainees from China can be trained annually.
• Statistical personnel of developing countries will be sent to relevant scientific institutions and universities in China for internship or short-term work.
