1. Control of air pollution control

1.1 Has water been sprayed in construction site to reduce raise dust during dry seasons?

1.2 Should effective dust control measures be taken in the incoming and outgoing links of materials for the cement silos and the premixed dry mortar silos used on the construction sites?

1.3 For the dregs and bare soil reserved on construction sites, should measures such as simple greening by means of grass seed sowing, covering dustproof gauze elements or using new sealing technologies be taken?

1.18 Shall we need to make sure reasonable transportation route of solid waste to reduce emission of raise dust?

2. Water pollution control

2.1 For construction site with fences, should the inside of entrance and exit and along the entrance be set with a horizontal long drainage channel? Is drainage tank connected with drainage system in construction site?

2.2 Is vehicle washing drain tank is designed according to the specific dimension of vehicles? Should their surfaces be leveled and burnished with commercial ready-mixed mortar; and their notches should be covered with metal plates with great supporting capacity?

2.3 Should sedimentation tank in construction site have sufficient capacity? Also, should sedimentation tank be cleaned regularly, and be disposed by solid waste treatment method?

2.4 Should domestic wastewater be entered into natural drains or municipal pipe network after tertiary waste treatment?

2.5 Should construction works be involved in regulated working hour to reduce waste water pollution?

2.6 Should wastewater discharged into surface water body and sewer pipe comply with the Chinese legislation for environmental protection?

2.7 Should construction units assign specific persons to remove the deposits in pipe troughs, inspection wells and sedimentation basins? Should the removal be done on a ten-day basis for each key area or a monthly basis for each ordinary area?

2.8 Should waste water dispose system of the construction site maintain regularly (such as settlement tank)?

3. Noise pollution control

3.1 Do Constructor comply with the relevant legislation won noise during construction period?

3.2 Is night construction on construction sites without approval or filing forbidden?

3.3 Is night construction is strictly prohibited with the exception that it is done on special construction sites with pipeline construction in order to avoid impacts on traffic in daytime?

3.4 While night construction on special construction sites is done, should it be filed with the relevant competent construction authority?

3.5 On each construction site with a distance of 100m at most to a residential building or an examination place during an examination for secondary or high schools or a college entrance examination (except for the case of rush repairs or emergency rescue), should the relevant construction site arrange its construction procedure reasonably, actively avoid construction of pipe foundations and excavation of foundation pits during the period and follow the regulations on construction suspension?

3.6 When damaging or digging hard road surfaces during pipeline construction, should a covering method be used?

3.7 Should the road surface crushing devices be operated in mobile operation rooms and noise control measures should be taken for the power machinery for damaging road surfaces to control their noise effectively?

3.8 Should low noise equipment adopt or noise-reducing measures be taken (sound screen, sound barrier ) during construction

3.9 Should Contractors maintain construction facilities regularly and control it to be the best work mode and lowest noise level?

4. Solid waste management

4.1Has unit that has business license been selected to dispose solid waste?

4.2 Is construction site clean (whether there is disordered site)?

4.3 Are construction rubbish, recycling waste, and common garbage disposed regularly?

4.4 During construction, if grease dirt overflows, is contaminated soil cleaned immediately?

4.5 Does obstruction eliminate in nearby drainage ditch/sewer regularly?

4.6 Should channels be cleared of debris and, drains and culverts checked to ensure that natural flows are not impeded

4.7 Once the job is completed, should all remaining debris be removed from the site and properly disposed of?

4.8 Should refuse be collected and removed from all facilities regularly? Should domestic waste be transported to the approved refuse disposal sites in covered containers or trucks?

5. Ecological environment management

5.1 Under condition of ensuring quality and quantity, should Contractors minimize temporary land occupation time, control construction time of earthwork project, maintain stable excavation and filling of side slope, and reduce effect beyond construction areas, especially in rain seasons?

5.2 Should construction materials be transported whenever needed?

5.3 After completion of construction, should we need to recover vegetation or reclaim immediately?

5.4 Do woods which are not allowed to develop within construction site protect?
