NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER
Tender Notice No. 188 /CSA/Q-III/DCP/P&L/2015
Digitally signed online e-tenders are invited by the undersigned in two bid system for hiring of CCTV Camera system to cover the Republic Day Arrangement - 2016 for use in Delhi Police. The requirement of CCTV Cameras is as tabulated below:-

Sl. No.	Description of work
1.	Hiring of 80 Nos. CCTV Cameras & other accessories for Security Unit for 11 days w.e.f. 17.1.2016 to 27.1.2016.
2.	Hiring of 64 Nos. CCTV Cameras & other accessories for New Delhi for 12 days w.e.f. 18.1.2016 to 29.1.2016.
3.	Hiring of 81 Nos. CCTV Cameras & other accessories for Central Distt. for 05 days w.e.f. 22.1.2016 to 26.1.2016.
4.	Hiring of 54 Nos. CCTV Cameras & other accessories for North Distt. for 06 days w.e.f. 21.1.2016 to 26.1.2016.
5.	Hiring of 26 Nos. CCTV Cameras & other accessories for North-West at Chhatrasal Stadium for 05 days w.e.f. 21.1.2016 to 25.1.2016.

Last date for submission of tender is 17.12.2015 upto 1000 Hrs., which will be opened on the same day in Committee Room, P&L Unit, 5, Rajpur Road, Delhi at 1030 Hrs. In case the due date is declared holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time.
