INTRODUCTION

Most people in today's rapidly developing world can speak two or more languages. In terms of languages, some languages are easier to learn, some are more difficult to learn, and this requires some time and effort from people. But I also think that any language can be learned with a little effort and dedication. From today's point of view, as a result of the reforms in the study of foreign languages, the young generation who are entering language learning, from pre-school education to higher education, learn by comparing their mother tongue and a foreign language at the same time. learns It is in linguistics that this method is one of the best ways to accelerate students' learning and achieve a positive and effective result. Because the student who is learning a language has studied his mother tongue in depth, this thing is much more useful, and it is precisely if he learns a comparison of his mother tongue and a foreign language at the same time. is an effective method, and learning foreign languages through current modern technologies is one of the most effective and convenient methods. This method is one of the language learning methods that are available for people of all ages. Currently, the textbooks and instructional manuals presented in order to fundamentally apply the field of education in our country to foreign languages are a practical proof of this goal. Therefore, only a student who is interested in his mother tongue and has studied it thoroughly can learn it with love for other languages. Also, in terms of attention to language learning in our country, unprecedented things have been done in the last 5-10 years, and they have brought it to the level of politics and replaced it with foreign languages. a number of decisions and decrees on learning have been developed, a video conference dedicated to improving the system of learning foreign languages was held under the chairmanship of our President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. it was emphasized about the introduction. Now, instead of continuous traditional teaching methods, it is possible to organize lesson processes based on interactive methods using new ICT.

In turn, this is one of the modern methods of learning a foreign language in the developing world. Learning and teaching any foreign language using modern technologies is one of the most effective ways. - You can watch and listen to foreign language video clips, shows, dialogues, movies and cartoons through a computer, phone, tablet, and audio. - Audio programs in English or other languages can be heard and watched. - Modern and traditional players can use tape recorders. - Can be used for listening to CD players. The use of such technical tools helps learners to learn a foreign language more interestingly and effectively.
Educational technologies are effective and efficient use of modern technical tools in the educational process. In addition, it serves to increase the quality and efficiency of education by introducing modern innovative technologies into the educational process. A simple example of this is that a student can watch and listen to foreign language videos, movies or cartoons while using computers. In addition, learning using modern technologies does not make the student bored, learning only from books, manuals, and textbooks. The foreign language education system in Uzbekistan has made a radical change, striving to learn foreign languages, acting according to the proverb "Knowing a language - knowing" Our multilingual Farobi, with a wide observation at the level of comparative study of several languages It is an inheritance from our mature ancestors like Kashgari. Based on this, it is no secret to any of us that knowledge of foreign languages is a requirement for today's youth. By learning foreign languages on the basis of modern technologies, learning foreign languages is relevant and important in order to ensure the special place of our country Uzbekistan in the world community and to apply it more widely.
The role of young people and the foreign languages they learn is invaluable in ensuring that Uzbekistan gains its place among the nations of the world. To further strengthen this, the metaphor of language acts as a bridge. In the era of rapid development of information and communication technologies, society should acquire the necessary skills and qualifications to independently acquire knowledge from future specialists, use them to effectively solve various problems, collect and analyze facts, generalize and make reasonable conclusions. sets requirements for practical application, to achieve success, it is necessary to enter into communication, work together in different situations, and look for a way out of conflict situations. Finding ways to solve problems that arise using modern information and communication technologies, critical and creative thinking, and mastering independent work processes are required to increase one's cultural level. In the educational process, the development of the above skills and knowledge of professors-students occurs through active educational technologies.
Currently, global computerization covers all areas of human activity, including science and education. The development of the Internet and the appearance of many computer programs that simplify the learning process have significantly changed the study of foreign languages, making it faster and easier to work with real resources. N.B. Golubeva's research provides evidence that the formation of critical thinking skills is an integral part of professionally oriented foreign language education. Critical thinking is defined as social thinking, and therefore the communicative aspect of this phenomenon is emphasized. Also, the characteristic features of communicative foreign language competence are highlighted and the conditions of its formation are indicated. It was concluded that this competence is foreign language and interactive, and it is essentially interdisciplinary. T.A. Ivanova, I.V. Skugareva, A.Ye. Okan, the need to introduce active methods of teaching in higher educational institutions is justified, concepts such as "pedagogical innovations" and "active teaching methods" are revealed. The main focus is on the need to use innovative technologies "Development of critical thinking through reading and writing" in professional training of students [4].
