Responsibilities as Regional Business Managers :


Lead my team of Territory Business Executive’s & Territory Business Manager’s for respective Region .



To obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.




Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where company can flourish.




Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue of pharmaceutical products from the hospitals, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout its territory specially to the hospitals.

Responsible to Launch new International products. These works program comprised of meeting key opinion leaders , arranging Continuous Medical Education for healthcare professionals and hospital stake holders. Also responsible for achieving sales (ie: Secondary and primary) target . Reporting to Regional head.
