Optımızatıon OF WIND ENERGY
In general of this thesis, it is stated on the priciples of wind energy and elements that are the part of its technical underground ,as to determine the reasons of prefering wind energy power plants, its setting up, operating of the system, defining the types of wind turbines and preparing the cost analyses for showing the unit energy costs, the optimization programme called PROWINDANALYSER is developed and detailed studies about these subjects are presented as programme pritout. On the scope of this thesis wind energy importance and how to get the best utility from this energy, are explained.
