Involves providing personnel and equipment for Resident Engineering and Construction Inspection Services on Statewide roadway and/or bridge construction projects.

Level A Projects to include: roadway and drainage work including: roadway excavation, sub-base, milling, paving, maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT), overhead and cantilever sign structures, and utility relocation.
Level B Projects to include: single span bridges, specialized drainage structures, retaining walls (i.e. mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) and double), noise walls, and deck repairs.
Level C Projects to include: multi-span bridges, multiple bridge contracts, latex modified concrete (LMC), drilled caissons, pile driving, post-tensioned concrete, cathodic protection, and special structures.
