Dear friend,.......
First of all I want to say you a bit bad news. If you remember we have arranged a meeting to the next week,and we should discuss about some topics which we have been waiting for a long time. Unfortunately I will not come to the appointment and we are not going to have a face to face talk at all.
The reason why I cannot come is the deadline which I have now and most probably will still have next week.So I am a little bit under pressure, and I am obliged to work hard. I'm so sorry and I am a bit frustrated about the fact that I didn't manage my work, and as a result of it, unfortunately, I will not come.
When it comes to positive side however we might see each other on the weekend instead.
All my family members are going to the holiday on the next weekend, and what is more I will have already finished work by the weekend.That is why we may have a perfect weekend next week instead of meeting on working days.
I hope you have understood me and you agree about my suggestion. Please let me know whether you have accepted the suggestion or not.
