Fit Pass Class Descriptions
Barre (PLEX)

Instructor: Emily

Day/Time: T @7PM, TH @9AM

Barre is a total body workout that incorporates ballet technique with strengthening exercises. You can expect to sculpt and tone muscles while improving flexibility, posture and strengthening your abdominals. No dance experience necessary!

Bollywood Bhangra

Instructors: Maitri and James

Day/Time: Mon @8pm, Fri @10am

Maitri: This class features 50 minutes of both aerobic and high intensity exercises incorporated into Bollywood-style choreography and music. This class combines the culture and energy of Indian contemporary dance with strength and toning exercises that will not only give you a great workout, but will be lots of fun!

Booty Boot Camp (Plex)

Day/Time: T/TH @5pm

Booty Boot Camp is a fast paced 50-minute class that involves cardio dance and strength exercises. No dance experience necessary, come join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays to drop it like it’s hot and have a killer time! Why be moody when you can shake that booty?!?

Cardio Blast (Plex)

Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a class filled with a variety of cardio training! Some days you may do dance aerobics, some days step, some days sports conditioning – but bottom line, you will sweat, get fit, and have fun

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Marie

Day/Time: T/TH @5pm and Sat @11AM

Tone your muscles and increase your fitness with this upbeat cardio class! The full body workout will rev up your intensity and also helps relieve stress! The fun music and powerful moves will have you kicking and screaming for more!

Cardio Party (Plex)

Cardio party consists of a total body workout incorporating aerobics, free weights, and floor exercises to get your booty into shape. Come join me for a good workout and- more importantly- to have fun

Core Conditioning

Instructor: Leah

This is a total body strengthening class involving each main muscle group of the body to set the stage for a strong and stable core! These strength workouts utilize body weight exercises, stability balls, weights, and bands. Get ready to challenge yourself!

Dance Fitness (PLEX)

Dance Fitness is a jazz and ballet-based workout that combines dance technique with strength training. This fun and faced paced workout will aid in gaining core strength, flexibility, and toning your entire body.

Full on Fitness

Instructor: Aidan

Day/Time: M/W @3pm and Tues @6PM (AT PLEX)

Full on Fitness is designed to increase your endurance, strength, and flexibility. This class is composed of only body weight exercises and can be performed no matter what your fitness level is. This class is a solid 50 minutes long, giving you plenty of time to build up a sweat

Hip Hop

Instructor: Natalie

Day/Time: M/W @7pm

Learn different choreography weekly while training your mind and body to coordinate and work together! We will be dancing to upbeat hip hop songs. The lesson will begin with simple stretching, some basic cardio dance moves, and then you will learn choreography step by step. The lessons will be designed to cater to your interests and stamina.

Insanity is a cardio-based, total-body conditioning program. Its high intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts. It’s about using your body to get results. No weights. No equipment. The class is thirty minutes long with a warm up, three blocks, and a cool down. The first two blocks are always cardio and strength focused while the third is core and balance. Each move can be modified and there are recovery breaks throughout the workout. The incredible fat burn and the amazing total body transformation Insanity produces has made it one of the top-selling extreme fitness programs of all time and by popular demand it is being incorporated into group fitness.

Noon Variety (Plex)

Combo of upper and lower body strengthening exercise; Intermittent bouts of cardio but focus on strength, Proper form and technique are taught

Pilates is a challenging but low-impact strength and flexibility workout, which will create long, lean muscles and condition the total body. Traditionally, Pilates develops control and strength of the core, strengthening back and abdominal muscles as well as toning the shoulders, triceps, inner thighs, legs, and hips. Perfect for athletes or on its own, Pilates creates a strong, stable foundation that will prevent injury, improves body alignment and posture, increases flexibility, and helps you de-stress. This class will make you energized, increase your stamina, and transform your body to one of balance and strength.

Power Yoga

Instructor: Katelyn

Day/Time: T/TH @6pm, W @9am

Power Yoga will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus using regular yoga poses fused into cardio and strengthening exercises. This class will often use light hand weights for yoga sculpt, set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group while creating resistance and intensifying each pose.

Total Body Burn

Instructor: Allie

Day/Time: M/W @6pm

First 25 minutes is dance and cardio and the second 25 minutes is strength training and overall body toning (weights and workout materials included)

Vinyasa Yoga

Instructor: Clara

Day/Time: Fri @12PM

Power Yoga will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus using regular yoga poses fused into cardio and strengthening exercises.This class will often use light hand weights for yoga sculpt, set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group while creating resistance and intensifying each pose.

Yoga Sculpt (PLEX)

Instructor: Maddie

Day/Time: Mon @12pm, Wed @4:30PM and Fri @1PM

A total body workout that complements your regular yoga practice while pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to a normal power yoga class sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class is set to fun, up-beat music while also incorporating strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls and cardio as well. Come sculpt with me!

Come get your fit on with this easy to follow high intensity dance fitness class that infuses Latin culture with today's top charting hits that is sure to leave you sweating and feeling great!
