2 negative votes from France and Japan asking to take into account the content of N 10582 "Study of ISO/EC 14496-20:2008 LASeR & SAF/FPDAM 2 Adaptation". Comments accepted.

Editor's text for the FPDAM3 (PMSI) adds:
- rows for the new elements with the list of supported attributes
- binary syntax.
- XML Schemas v4
The contribution looks fine. A few typos are fixed and harmonization in the style of the text.
The table of element looks ok but we are wondering what happens to the transform attribute on the externalReference and externalUpdate elements. They don't appear in the schema, so this is consistent. People should check it. Binary syntax needs to be checked to make sure it's correct.
We suggest to produce a Study text with this contribution and to issue a resolution asking NB to consider that document in their vote.

The contribution raises the issue that we need a more detailed solution if we want to use SAF on MPEG-2 Systems. There is an agreement that the current text mixes BIFS, LASeR, SAF, MPEG-4 Systems, MPEG-2 … This is not a proper way to do it. We agree that we need (for now) a clean solution only for:
- LASeR on MPEG-4 Systems
- SAF over MPEG-2 (needs further discussion with MPEG-2 experts)
We may want to investigate LASeR over MPEG-2 without using SAF nor using MPEG-4 Systems

Proposed to define advanced user interface standard by using technologies to be standardized in MPEG-V. Accepted in general.
