14496-10:2012 PDAM2 (N12731) was issued on an extension of MVC by depth coding. The plan is to proceed to DAM ballot in October 2012 and FDAM in March 2013.
An AHG was appointed on the general topics of the 3DV investigation (N12754, as recorded in N12629) to conduct further work until the 101st meeting. As this topic is highly relevant in the context of the AVC and HEVC related developments, a second AHG was again installed with special focus on high-level syntax and coding architectures (N12755, as recorded in N12629). Both AHGs will share the same email reflector.
