The contribution proposes to add an informative annex to the USAC FDIS and a normative clause to USAC Conformance. The purpose is to support “time-aligned USAC encode-decode” via EditList box support in the MPEG-4 File Format. There was good discussion and it was the consensus of the Audio subgroup to adopt the proposal, subject to edits reflecting the discussion.
