(R) Jharkhand Opportunities for Harnessing Rural Growth Project: The proposed PDO is increased diversification in production and improved access to markets and jobs in select farm/non-farm sectors for targeted beneficiaries in Jharkhand. The primary project beneficiaries are going to be rural households in NRLP districts, including women and men from scheduled caste and scheduled tribes, small holder and landless households.
