URBAN POLICY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT: The project will support the Ministry of Urban Development strengthen it's analytic and advocacy skills to be the premier strategic thinker on urban issues on Afghanistan. It will support the Ministry develop an urban observatory, housing policy, advocacy notes on property taxation and reports on the state of urban areas on Afghanistan (Urbanization trends and future prospects; places and economic clusters that deserve priority; and recommended interventions).
