Review of the minutes 
The REVP asked attendees to read the minutes of the September 29, 2012 meeting. He indicated that the last minutes had been available on the site for one week and urged attendees wishing to make minor changes (spelling of names, punctuation, etc.) to take the matter up with his Executive Assistant.

The September 29, 2012 agenda was adopted (Francine Stuart, Jacques Marangère).

In the absence of the Alternate REVP, the REVP turned over the chair to Sister Francine Stuart, who is the chair of the Conseil régional d’action politique de l’Outaouais (CRAPO). The REVP moved adoption of his report, seconded by Chantal Rajotte. The REVP answered all questions.
The report was adopted, and Sister Francine Stuart turned over the chair to the REVP
