Intel clarified that it was intended to add another Annex for the parts not covered by this. Other issues were raised and this was left for further off-line discussion and revised in TD S2 160701 which was reviewed. A number of comments were made and this was further discussed off-line and revised in TD S2 160835 which was reviewed and approved.
