I have not traced a 1726 edn of Bishop Gilbert Burnet’s sermons; however, a two volume collection was offered for sale by Stevenson in 1851. SS (1851), p. 11: ‘BURNET’s (Bishop) Collection of SERMONS preached on various Publick Occasions between 1680 and 1704, forming 2 vols. sm. 4to, portrait by White, a fine clean set, old calf. 8s. 1704’. This was bought by the ‘University Lib.’. EUL does not have a copy but Aberdeen University Library does, shelfmark, TL.lambda.32.
