Better Stronger Faster -
You can be better, stronger, faster! This training will vary between strength based workouts using heavier weights and more resistance to help strengthen and tone muscles, and faster paced workouts using body weight and various types of equipment. The change-up of the workout keeps your muscles challenged and avoids annoying plateaus as you move toward your fitness goals!
Bodymetrics -
A combination full body strengthening and cardio workout using all modalities including bodyweight exercises, weight training, plyometric bursts, and cardio intervals.
Body Sculpt -
An overall body conditioning training session using weights, step, bars and bands. Work the body from head to toe and feel energized all day!
Fitterella –
Test your strength and stamina with this obstacle-based training course! You will improve in all areas of physical fitness with dynamic and diverse conditioning techniques inspired by rough-terrain obstacle course races. Whether you want to train for the Mudderella race in May or are just looking for something new in your fitness routine, Fitterella will take you to the next level! You're stronger than you think!
Get R.I.P.P.E.D -
Experience this total body “plateau-proof” fitness formula using resistance and cardio training and masterly combining: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Dumbbells. Get ready to get RIPPED!
Glider Barre –
A combination of ballet conditioning, Pilates, Glider work and resistance training that burns calories and increases lean muscle. The Glider is a wooden slideboard that has a smooth, low friction surface with bumpers on each end. Lateral movement across the board simulates skating, and strengthens and shapes the outer and inner thighs and lifts the booty. Use of the Glider burns calories, improves heart strength, and strengthens muscles while improving balance and agility. Low-impact, isometric movements target and tone specific trouble zones such as the hips, thighs, glutes, and core, delivering a transformational workout with amazing results.
Insanity –

*Small Group Training classes with less than three participants will be subject to cancellation at the end of each month.
