Some specific future meeting plans (to be confirmed) were established as follows:

  • Thu. 15 – Wed. 21 Oct. 2015, 22nd meeting under ITU-T auspices in Geneva, CH.

The agreed document deadline for the 22nd JCT-VC meeting is 5 October 2015. Plans for scheduling of agenda items within that meeting remained TBA.

Editors of output documents were reminded that final output documents (if also registered under a WG11 output doc number) have to be uploaded separately with a WG11 header. To do this in a timely fashion is particularly important for standards submitted for ballot, which should be sent to the chairs by the due date.

Contributors were reminded that any slide presentation decks used when presenting contributions should be made available as part of the uploaded archive for the contribution.

Poznan University of Technology and Kenzler Conference Management were thanked for the excellent hosting and organization of logistics for the 21st meeting of the JCT-VC.

Huawei was thanked for providing a new test sequence that could be used in standards development for screen content coding.

Vittorio Baroncini was thanked for conducting the verification tests reported in JCTVC-U1003, and the following companies were thanked for financially sponsoring the tests: CBS Corp., FhG-HHI, Microsoft Corp., Sony Corp., CableLabs, and Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd.

The JCT-VC meeting was closed at approximately 12:40 hours on Fri. 26 June 2015.
