Delivery Format to File Format Conversion (DFC)	18683: was discussed in TRA. 18684: instruction set for client to build the file, including MPD signaling and a file including the instructions. No agreement yet. 18744: a new flag in MPD for storing file. No consensus that if a new flag needed or BitStreamswitchingflag is already addressing the constraints.
Adaptive HTTP Streaming Quality Metrics (QM)	18691: report. 18661: introduces some QM metrics 18663: defines the scope 18662: introduces some QM metrics 18664, 18737. The goal is to agree on a set of QMs in EE and provide them as an annex for DIS at the next MPEG meeting.

19126, 19133: Full rewind, continue the EE, compare alternative methods in context of local playback and streaming. Continues in context of EE.

19313: will be included in DIS, as a disposition of NB comment on TRA. A revised version will be provided and be reviewed including the text and semantics for DIS.
19432: will be included in DIS to address NBs comments on schema identifiers.

Decision: we will keep QM EE open with the focus on refining and finalizing the summery metrics and signaling to client in MPD.

19324: several proposals on minBufferTime. The minBufferTime at period level goes to DIS. USNB comments will be addressed.

19323: quality value instead of quality ranking, can do this with user private data.

19430r4 from morning: keep the namespace as mpeg. Need time to decide.

19325: repeating period: Xlink, trim of period can be addressed already.

19131: restrictions on the segment and fragments overlaps, not accepted at this time. Bandwidth range: can do it with subrepresenation.
