Payment terms Choose
Setup / Payment Terms.
Use the Payment Terms window to add or update an unlimited number of
payment terms for both accounts payable and accounts receivable
transactions. CBS uses payment terms to automatically calculate the
discount and due dates for a transaction (based on the transaction date),
in addition to the discount amount (based on the transaction amount).
Note: CBS includes a spreadsheet import capability that allows your
client to import payment term information from a Microsoft Excel
