Multi-user mode 
If your client is licensed to run CBS in multi-user mode, multiple users in 
the client’s office may simultaneously access the same company 
database. If the client has a single-user license, only one user at a time 
may access a given company database. 
Quick data entry 
As in CSA, CBS has a shortcut bar that lets the user move rapidly among 
the data-entry windows. CBS also includes options that allow the client 
to automatically save and recall memorized transactions, which help your 
client work quickly and accurately, making the client’s bookkeeping and 
checkwriting work easier.
