* in buildings at fire safety levels 3.a, 3b and 4 auditoriums shall be located on the first floor but in recreational centres and club buildings at fire safety levels 3 and 3b— not higher than the second floor.


* * In buildings at fire safety level 3b with wooden slab elements there may be up to 600 seats in the auditorium if such walls, columns, stairs and intermediate floors conform to the building fire safety level of 2.
* * * Buildings of fire safety level 5 at recreational centres and clubs with auditoriums (up to 300 seats) on the first floor may be designed as two-storied if the walls of these buildings are not readily combustible.
Note. If a cinema, which operates continuously forms a block with a seasonal (summer) cinema and the fire safety levels are different between them, the cinemas shall be separated with a type-2 fire resistant wall.
