  • Motive: When approaching a facility for a Fit Club you want to be prepared to tell them how the Fit Club can benefit their location. This will be ammo for your presentation and what the leading selling point will be.



Contacting a facility by phone is a great initial contact. However, a lot of people aren’t familiar with what fit clubs really are and don’t like being put on the spot. Instead of giving too much information just make an initial introduction and ask for a time to meet with someone about an idea that you would like to present their facility with.

Considering our economy I understand that people don’t have alot of money to pay for gym memberships and this would be a way to eliminate any excuses people have for not staying active.”

  • Create a Facebook page for the fit club and add your Fit Club Members to it. Share it on your personal page and let other people know about it.

    • This is where you will post future workouts, any news, etc. about the Fit Club.

    • Be sure to include on the invite that it’s a FREE event and open to all fitness levels. Tell them to “invite” their friends.

  • Share the product: Have samplings of Shakeology, E&E or Results & Recovery on occasion in able for people to try the products.

  • Share the business opportunity: Use the third party tools as a presentation before class to let them see what the coaching opportunity is all about. Let the tools do the talking!

  • Share stories & testimonies: People love to be bragged on. If someone in class is making progress announce it! This will encourage them and help others to see that staying active pays off!

  • Have a give-a-way: Don’t be afraid to invest in give-a-ways. You can do them monthly or even quarterly. People love prizes and this will keep them coming back for a chance to win!



As a coach it’s your job to motivate your guest at the fit club. This is NOT your workout time. You should be walking around and encouraging people to do their best. If someone seems to be struggling then you can show them ways that work for you if you had to modify. Remember, unless you are a trainer you can not actually instruct the class.

  • Fit Clubs should be about paying it forward and helping others get healthy and active. This is your class and it’s ultimately up to you to create an environment where people want to be. Be their encourager, their support partner, their cheerleader…their COACH!

It’s VERY IMPORTANT to make sure everyone fills out waiver forms BEFORE they engage in the workouts to protect yourself.

  • Remember, you CAN’T run a workout yourself for liability purposes, and have to run the workout video during the Fit Club.

    • The only exception to this is if you are a certified trainer of that workout (P90X, Insanity, etc.), where you can hold the workouts yourself.
