Some people think that environmental problems should be solved on a global scale while others believe is better to deal with them nationally. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

General approach for the tackling of environmental problems seems better for some people whereas the others think that solving nationally is more efficient. I also find second variant more practical.
The idea about an international solving way can be understandable. Everyone will agree that in most of cases if to have more power it is more possible to overcome struggles, therefore the combination of strengths of diffrerent countries against natural problems can raise a chance to bit the issue. For instance, there are so many countries which can not deal with mentioned problems due to lack of financial resources, however with the help of others it would be simple in the same level as to other countries in higher position.
On the other hand, a separate approach can also be effective. Firstly, problems related to a certain country such as environmental is best known by this country as they have more information about causes and best ways of solving, so issues might be solved from core in less time by focusing in right points without interaction of any third party. Secondly the averting of problems beforehand is also an important action for bettering the natural environmental situation , so it will be much easier to control people of one country by, for example, penalties or punishments rather than several quantity of countries.
In conclusion, although the both options are practical and tend to be used, if I had an opprtunity to apply one of them in cited state, I would definetely choose natonal attitude.
