Data on Osteoporosıs Dısease

In this study two different methods applied on osteoporosis. First method, prepared as nutritional habits and different living zones nutritional habits effects on osteoporosis. Second method is kNN method. This method used with computer, and predicted patients diagnosis about osteoporosis.

Regional nutritional habits has too many difference in Turkey. Have this differences effect on osteoporosis? We try to solve this question with using nutritional habits of regional parts.

The second part of the study contains the analysis made with the mat-lab program and all of the results gain with used as kNN methods. After the program explained the model used during the analysis detailed, the element type, material properties and etc. are explained. The results are shown according to diagrams and diagnosis of patients.

The results obtained from the analysis for different nutritional habits and regions. Also graphs explains diagnosis and prediction corrections.
In this study, , Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine hospital patient information taken from 486 women were used. OP of life and diet that leads to some factors that prevent or belonging to the weekly duration of exposure and the amount of information was collected. Of the subjects having many children have been observed to increase the risk of getting osteoporosis . Menopause occurs as the main reason for the formation of osteoporosis has been identified as a period . The use of vitamins and minerals that are directly related to the disease are emerging. Data in the table as a result of doing sports with the incidence of osteoporosis disease association between görülmektedir.süt , vegetables, fruit consumption, formation of osteoporosis effect on whether the data obtained according to the three food groups the disease does not correlate results which were obtained. Meat consumption is expected to give rise to the disease osteoporosis is a result.
