1.1.Subject to payment of the Annual Licence Fee set out in Clause 6 IOP hereby grants to the Licensees and their employees, contract staff, faculty (permanent, temporary and visiting) students and authorised members of the public (together “Authorised Users”) the non-exclusive right in relation to electronic versions of the Publications (subject to the restrictions set out in this Clause):
1.1.1.to access, retrieve, display and print off copies of the Publications solely for their research for non-commercial purposes or private study in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and
