Matthew 11:28 “Then Jesus said, ‘Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.’”
People of God, please don’t be fooled into thinking that by rushing here and there and by increasing your knowledge is where you’ll find rest. Because if you do, you will not only remain restless, but you may one day wake up to find yourself in the greatest time of unrest the world has ever known, the Great Tribulation and it’s sooner than you think!

But that’s still not all! The second End Time Prophecy concerning Modern Technology is that There Would Be A Great Increase of Bible Fulfillment. You see folks, this is what’s important about this point. For the past 100 years or so people have been mocking Christians and Christianity and saying that nothing ever changes. “You Christians keep saying that the Lord is coming back, real soon, any day now, but nothing ever changes. Why is this time so different? Why should I listen to you now!” Well, that’s the importance of understanding what’s going on with Modern Technology. For the first time in human history we have the technology to pull off the events that are mentioned in the 7-year Tribulation. Which means for the first time, the stage really is set. Everything really is ready to go. There’s nothing technologically holding it back from occurring. That’s why you should listen! That’s why you should pay attention this time.

So what are these passages being fulfilled with Modern Technology today showing us we really are living in the Last Days? Well, the first Bible passage that’s being fulfilled in minute detail thanks to the rise of Modern Technology is The Death of the Two Witnesses. But don’t take my word for it. Let’s listen to God’s.

Revelation 11:1-9 “I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, ‘Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count the worshipers there. But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months. And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.’
These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands that stand before the Lord of the earth. If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies. This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die. These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them. Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city, which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. For three and a half days men from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.”
Now folks, once again, you have to take a look at this in its historical setting to understand it’s prophetic significance. Imagine what it must have been like when the Apostle John was writing this nearly 2,000 years ago. It must have seemed like an incredible fantasy for the whole planet to simultaneously watch two dead bodies, rejoice over their death, and even send gifts to each other, right? That’s what the text says! But guess what? It’s not fantasy anymore! Due to the advent of television and global satellite technology, you and I can simultaneously watch anything we want, anywhere we want, around the world, can’t we? Which means, this passage is being fulfilled, before our very eyes! We have the technology right now to watch the death of the Two Witnesses for 3½ days for the first time in the history of mankind! This is why you should listen this time! That’s why you need to pay attention when people say Jesus is coming back real soon! We have the technology to pull off this passage for the first time ever!

But that’s still not all. We not only have the technology to observe the death of the Two Witnesses during the 7-year Tribulation, but we even have the platform to watch their death being built for the very first time. Believe it or not, plans are being made right now to build for the first time in human history, a Global Television Network to broadcast these kinds of events, for a “Global Ruler.” And remember, it’s a “Global Ruler” called the antichrist that is allowed to overpower the Two Witnesses and kill them. Check this out.

“In an article entitled, ‘Global Television for Our Future Global Leader,’ UN Watchdog Cliff Kincaid reported, ‘Surprise and even shock were among the reactions to my recent column about how elite members of the World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland, were considering a proposal for a new global television network to usher in a state of ‘global governance.’’
He said the media proposal is to create ‘a new global network’ with ‘the capacity to connect the world, bridging cultures and peoples, and telling us who we are and what we mean to each other.’
He says, ‘Isn’t it nice that we might have a TV network telling us ‘who we are?’ And ‘what we mean to each other?’ Perhaps we will learn that we are global citizens. Perhaps a global leader of some sort will tell us that. Who might that be? Kincaid says this story smacks of George Orwell’s 1984.
Several prominent U.S. media figures signed on to the alarming and controversial proposal that envisions itself to become ‘a genuine, global voice.’
The council declared that it is, ‘Championing a new global, independent news and information service whose role is to inform, educate and improve the state of the world – one that would take advantage of all platforms of content delivery from mobile to satellite and online to create a new global network.’
Kincaid said although he’s no Biblical scholar, he wonders about the end-times implications of such a channel. ‘Clearly they’re talking about this global order, the new world order, global taxes and now global TV put at the service of some kind of global ruler of the world,’ he continues. ‘I don’t know whether that would be the anti-Christ or not.’”²³
But that’s right! Just in case you miss the up and coming soon to be Global News Broadcast for the death of the Two Witnesses, it just so happens that Google just launched a new program that allows you to get a birds eye view of all place, the streets of Jerusalem, that you can view on your computer or even your cell phone. Here’s the announcement.

“After months of consultations with Israeli security officials, Google has launched its popular Street View service in the country’s three largest cities.

The new Street View provides images of ordinary life, contested areas and religious sites in the Holy Land. Due to security issues, areas around several sensitive sites, such as the military headquarters in Tel Aviv and the prime minister’s residence in Jerusalem, are blurred out.
Google Street View is available in more than 30 countries. It was held up in Israel by concerns that images of its streets could be used by terrorists. The Islamic Jihad militant group in Gaza, for instance, has boasted that it used Google Earth, which gives birds-eye views and some street-level pictures of sites around the world, to aim rockets at Israel.
Last August, after a panel of government ministers met for six months to draft security guidelines, Israel announced it had reached an agreement with Google.
The service was quietly launched late last week and officially unveiled Sunday. The images are obtained by specialized cameras mounted on vehicles.
Israel is the first Middle Eastern nation to display its cities and streets online. Iraq’s National Museum is also available on Street View.
Pictures online Sunday showed typical street scenes — bicycles chained to the gates of apartment gardens in Tel Aviv, tourists sunbathing on Haifa’s beaches, and the crowded cobblestone Via Dolorosa, the path that Jesus is said to have walked before his crucifixion in Jerusalem’s Old City.
Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai brushed off security concerns about Tel Aviv, a city that was hit hard by suicide bombings on buses and in restaurants during the Palestinian uprising a decade ago.
He said militants know the city well enough without the Google service. ‘Tel Aviv-Jaffa is a target anyway,’ Huldai said Sunday.
He noted that other urban military installations, like the Pentagon outside Washington, also was left off Street View.
Despite Google’s enthusiasm, not all Israelis were happy.
Retired Lt. Col. Mordechai Kedar, who served for 25 years in Israeli intelligence, said the service would be a boon to militants seeking to attack Israel.
‘They will use it daily,’ Kedar said. ‘Every day Street View is online, it’s causing damage.’
Google Israel’s country manager, Meir Brand, said additional cities will soon join the first three, including Beersheba, Nazareth and Eilat.”²⁴
And what did the text say? Their bodies will lie in the street! Apparently, we’re not going to have any trouble finding out what street that its! Hey folks, maybe it’s just me, but I’m thinking we’re getting pretty close to having a Global Television Network that’s apparently being built for a Global Leader whose going to broadcast the death of the Two Witnesses, who even throws in a Global Google App for your cell phone just to make sure you don’t miss the show, how about you? People, this not by chance! It’s all happening in our lifetime now! Tell me we’re not getting close!

But that’s still not all. What else did the text say? What did these people DO as they were watching this event for 3½ days on their phone or TV? Well, let’s take a look at the text.

Revelation 11:10 “The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.”
Now again, think about this from the Apostle John’s perspective 2,000 years ago. It must have blown his mind! How could people not only watch the death of two guys from around the world simultaneously, but how in the world are they going to be able to celebrate and send each other gifts around the world in 3½ days? I mean, they didn’t even have the Pony Express back then! Well guess what? It’s not a surprise anymore! As we already saw previously, we now have, for the first time in man’s history a global distribution network! Thanks to this rise of Modern Technology we now have a Global Transportation system that’s hooked up to a Global Communications system, that’s linked to a Global Supply Chain system, that’s overseen by a Global Trade and Commerce system that allows us to go down to our local store and get fresh crabmeat shipped to us from Thailand, or have a thoroughbred horse shipped to you from New Zealand. Or get fresh flowers all the way from South America or have a New York City pizza delivered anywhere in the world, and be able to what? Send a package from Japan in the afternoon and have it arrive in Washington the next morning, which includes a celebratory package sent by someone who’s gloating over the death of the Two Witnesses on their phone or TV within 3½ days, for the first time in mankind’s history. And that’s right! Thanks to the recent advent of the Internet, you don’t even have to go to the store anymore. You can just send that celebratory gift with the click of a mouse or even the touch of a finger on your cell phone!

Why should I listen when people who warn me about the soon return of Jesus Christ? Because never before in the history of mankind have we had the technology to pull this off but we do now! That’s why we need to listen!

Oh, but that’s not all. The second Bible passage that’s being fulfilled in minute detail thanks to the rise of Modern Technology is The Deception of the False Prophet.

Revelation 13:11-13 “Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed.  And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men.”
Now folks, here we see the classic passage that tells us how the False Prophet is actually going to dupe people, the whole world, into worshipping the antichrist. Okay, and notice what it was. He’s going to cause fire to come down from heaven, or in other words, the atmosphere, in full view of men. But it’s all going to be a bunch of chicanery. This is what the Apostle Paul says in this passage.

2 Thessalonians 2:9 “The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders.”
And so here we see that these so-called miracles, even causing fire to come down from heaven in full view of men, is a counterfeit. In other words, it’s a fake; it’s a phony; it’s manufactured not a true miracle. And so that’s the question. Do we see any kind of technology on the planet right now that could help the False Prophet pull off this phony miracle of causing fire to come down from heaven? Uh, yeah! It’s called HAARP. And it’s not the kind that angels play! Let’s check it out.

“It’s no coincidence that the United States began building its own mysterious array of antennas in Feb 1992. They are located in Gakona, Alaska. The project is called HAARP. HAARP is the high frequency active aurora research project, originally a joint effort of the air force and navy in cooperation with a number of academic institutions.’

It is today the world’s largest radio broadcasting station, but its not designed to broadcast for human ears. It uses unique patented ability to focus the energy coming out of the antennae field and injects that energy into a spot at the top of the atmosphere in a region called the ionosphere.’
HAARP is comprised of a 180 antennas approximately 72’ feet tall, linked together to function as one giant steerable antennae. Steerable, because it can aim millions of watts of ELF waves into one tiny patch of the atmosphere.
The amount of the energy we are talking about here is 3.6 million watts. To give you an idea of what that is, the largest legal AM radio station here in America is 50,000 watts. HAARP is 72,000 of these AM stations (50,000 watts each) injecting their entire output into a spot that’s 12 miles across by about 2½ miles deep by about 90 miles up.
This is where HAARP is pointing, it’s an area located roughly 300 miles from Anchorage. The US military says that HAARP is merely being used to study the physical and electrical properties and behavior of the ionosphere for both civilian and defense purposes. But another theory has surfaced, the intense energy being beamed into the sky by HAARP, actually heating up the atmosphere causing weather changes.
HAARP is being used for weather modification, the military’s own record proves it, they’ve admitted it within their own documents and yet they still deny it to the public. Dr Brooks Agnew has researched the ELF wave technology for the past thirty years and is convinced HAARP’s affect on the ionosphere does alter the weather.
HAARP is one of several ELF wave transmitters located all over the globe. The United States owns, and operates three of them. One in Gakona, AK. One in Fairbanks, AK and one in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Russia has one near Vasilsursk, and the European Union has one near Tromso, Norway. 
Working in tandem, these transmitters could potentially alter weather anywhere in the world. Changing the jet streams course entirely. Triggering massive rainstorms or droughts. Even hurricane steering would be possible by heating up the atmosphere and building up  high pressure domes that could deflect or change the course of hurricanes.      
The US government is firm in its position that HAARP is just an atmospheric research facility, but is it more than coincidence that since going online that some experts have reported strange weather anomalies including massive floods, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
HAARP went online in 1994 and construction continued until 2007. There are reportedly a total of 5 known of ionic heaters including HAARP in the world today. There are possibly 20 other ionospheric heaters in existence all over the world today. There’s no conclusive proof that any of them are used as weather weapons, although they do have the ability to manipulate the ionosphere.
And that brings us to something else. In December 2001, scientists at Ames Research Center in Palo Alto CA made a discovery. In studying more than 100 earthquakes with magnitudes of 5.0 or greater, they find that almost all of them are preceded by electrical disturbances in the ionosphere. Could there be a connection to HAARP or a facility like it?
Dr Agnew experienced the power of ELF waves firsthand back in the 1980’s. He was hired by an energy company to locate oil and gas using the same kind of ELF waves at much lower frequencies to carry out his search. It’s a process called earth tomography. But during one particular incident, Dr Agnew believes his use of HAARP like ELF waves accidently triggered an earthquake.
‘It was in the spring of 1987, we arrived in Roseburg, OR to use our ELF technology to search for oil and gas. Setting up that day, we had a little bit different results that we expected because the instant that we energized it, there was between a 4 to 4.5 earthquake on the Richter scale earthquake that occurred. We were so amazed about what seemed to be cause and effect. We get to an area that has a high propensity for earthquakes in an area known as a Mega Thrust Fault Line of the Pacific Northwest. We turn it on and an earthquake occurs.’
When HAARP’s broadcast array in Gakona, Alaska sends pulses of ELF waves into the ionosphere, the waves get reflected back down and pass through the earth and the ocean. If 3.6 million watts of ELF waves were purposely or accidently aimed at an already unstable fault line, it could, according to Dr Agnew, cause a tremendous earthquake.
Conspiracy theorists believe HAARP is responsible for triggering earthquakes in enemy territories like Iran, China, and rogue parts of Afghanistan over the past 3 years.
But HAARP’s startling potential doesn’t end there. Some say, its linked to a strange phenomena occurring in our skies, that is, chemtrails. In recent years peculiar cloud formations have been appearing in our skies all over the world, increasing in frequency. I think most of us in North America have wondered at these plumes criss crossing the sky in grid patterns, parallel rows and the now familiar X ‘s. And many of us have wondered what these trails are.
While highly speculative, some researches suggest these strange cloud formations are another agent of weather warfare. They first appear to be simply contrails, coming from high flying jet airplanes. But these trails linger in the sky for many hours. Some even for an entire day. Forming an artificial cloud.
The theory is that chemtrails are being used in conjunction with HAARP. By spraying metal oxides in the air above enemy territory skies, then directing ELF waves to heat those metal oxides. The temperature of the sky is raised to more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Preventing the accumulation of water vapor, that would otherwise form clouds and produce rainfall. 
The ELF waves that HAARP produces, bounce off the ionosphere and are able to curve around the earth over the horizon to the ground, making any point on the globe well within reach. Imagine the effects of chemtrails on the battlefield, causing extended droughts in enemy countries. Drying up their resources. Forcing surrender. 
Just as terrifying, is another form of weather being weaponized. Rain that can trigger devastating floods and wipe cities clean off the map. If you can make it rain. You can have a profound effect on the battlefield. One of the critical elements of launching a weatherized battle is being able to control rain and unleash floods.
In history there is a chilling example of a flood that may have been accidently triggered by weather weapons. August 15, 1952 near the small town of Lynnmouth, England, a massive rainstorm strikes. The rivers swells. Scores die. It’s estimated that 250 times as much rain fell in a period of 24 hours as normally fell in an entire month. The EastLynn and West Lynn Rivers flood their banks. According to the BBC 90 million tons of water sweep down into the town of Lynnmouth, 35 people were killed, bodies wash out to sea and are never found. Trees are uprooted forming dams behind bridges creating walls of water that carry huge boulders into the village destroying shops and hotels and homes. 
Was this just a freak act of nature? The prevailing theory is that it may have been a British military experiment gone bad as they have been known conducting cloud seeding tests around that same time. Allegedly, early in the morning on Aug 15th 1952, some witnesses have reported seeing Royal Air Force jets flying in the area. At times, disappearing from sight, flying high above the cloud bank. Were they on a routine training mission or as some people speculate, were they dumping payloads of silver iodide into the clouds. Silver Iodide is one of the most common chemicals used for cloud seeding. It forces the tiny ice crystal that make up the cloud to fuse together. Once enough tiny ice crystals fuse together they become heavy and fall to the earth in the form of rain. And on that fateful day in August 1952, rain fell in record amounts. Did the Royal Air Force embark on daring cloud seeding experiments without public knowledge?’
Some people reported seeing aircraft undertaking strange manuvuers and it subsequently emerged that there was an experiment codenamed ‘Operation Cumulus which was indeed an attempt at weather modification. Interestingly, many of the documents relating to Operation Cumulus, have disappeared and are not available from the National Archives.
A little over a decade later, the U.S. military conducted experiments to bring weather to the battlefield. In October 1966, the Vietnam war was in full swing. U.S. military scientists were devising a way to slow down enemy forces using the weather. The US employed a ground breaking military directive called Project Popeye. Project Popeye was a weather modification program that involved cloud seeding, and the idea behind that was to produce or exaggerate the monsoon rains that are traditional in that region. 
Experiments were carried out beforehand with the military aircraft dropping silver iodide crystals in clouds over the Laos panhandle in the SeKong River Valley. Fifty cloud seeding runs were conducted. 82% of the clouds seeded produced rain within a brief period of time.
The goal of Operation Popeye was to extend the monsoon season and create and inordinate amount of rainfall by seeding clouds over the Ho Chi Min Trail. The Ho Chi Min Trail was a primary supply route by which the North Vietnamese army really supplied its troops by operating combat forces in South Vietnam as well as supplying the VietCong. So it was the most significant logistical center of gravity to the North Vietnamese and it was an important objective for the United States and our allies of Vietnam to try to interrupt that supply line to cut off those supplies to the enemies.
Operation Popeye’s objectives are to soften road surfaces on the Ho Chi Min Trail, cause landslides along roadways and wash out river crossings. The military had their own catch phrase as a result of this program and it was make mud not war. They flew over 2,600 missions from a period of 1966 to 1972 and it is believed that it did exacerbate the amount of rainfall and probably extended the monsoon season by 30-45 days.
Operation Popeye showed that weather can be brought to the battlefield as rain. But can it be weaponized in the form of a hurricane? Some say it already has. On August 23^rd 2005, the National Weather service is tracking an unassuming storm forming over the Bahamas. A storm this size rarely damages building or takes lives, in fact at this point it’s simply known as Tropical Depression 12. But that will change. It will unexpectedly grow into the mother of all storms. A category 5 hurricane, with winds up to 175mph. Its name: Hurricane Katrina. 
When Katrina slams into the Gulf Coast of the United States, it will become one of the deadliest disasters in U.S. History. Costing 81 billion dollars in property damage and claiming more than 1,800 lives. Like other hurricanes of that era Katrina showed some very peculiar movements never before seen in a major hurricane. During the 2005 hurricane season were some very strange and amazing anomalies that should not have happened. One of the things that many of the hurricane tracts were almost straight lines, and hurricanes don’t go in straight lines.
Some people believe that Katrina hit where it hit, with the power that it struck, because of Russian or Chinese weather control experiments. Just before coming onshore Katrina did an abrupt 90 degree turn hard left and went down the beach for a substantial ways before coming onshore. So we have speculations that our enemies have been throwing hurricanes at us. We were being ‘bombarded, attacked’ with the weather. To direct and control a hurricane gives you power at least equivalent to nuclear weapons. A hurricane could be an ultimate weapon of war.

 

The very next year after Katrina something strange happened. According to the National Weather Service not a single hurricane made landfall in 2006. Could the U.S. military be using HAARP to fend hurricane attacks? In a regular high pressure zone above the Southeastern United States points to this conclusion according to Jerry Smith. This High pressure dome has never existed before, its never been seen to have a high pressure dome parked over the southeastern United States within the entirety of a hurricane season. It’s NEVER happened before. And it’s happened 3 years in a row now. 

This high pressure dome worked like the rubber bumpers on a pinball machine and every hurricane like a pinball hit it and bounced off safely going back out to sea. The date coincidence of HAARP being completed and this buffer being in effect I think is very telling.

Today, nations still deny weaponizing weather, but there are suggestions to the contrary. The US Airforce Report ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025’ outlines the military’s desire to exploit and manipulate the weather for the purpose of war by 2025. According to one of the most harrowing lines in the report quote. ‘Weather modification is a force multiplier with tremendous power that could be exploited across the full spectrum of war fighting and environments’ end quote.

The 2025 report on the weather was essentially a military analysis of ‘what could we do’.  Whether it was to create rainfall, create drought conditions, the idea was by 2025 we would be able to manipulate virtually every aspect of weather. The rationale for this is really the ultimate war is if you never have to fire a round and nobody ever knew who launched the fight and this is what weather warfare offers militaries around the world.

With the deadline of 2025 quickly approaching the future of weather warfare is cause for concern. The worst case scenario is that satellite based weapons systems will turn the earths weather on its head. It could rain in the desert and have a heat wave in the Artic. If an enemy could change the jet stream over in North America it could plunge North America into an ice age
Fifty years from now geophysical manipulation of the planet could be the weapon of war. Where its not bombs and bullets its earthquakes, its tidal waves manipulation of weather systems. Those become the future of warfare. When we talk about weather warfare we are talking about death technology. This has nothing to do with enhancing life. The aim of weather warfare is catastrophic environmental destruction and horrific loss of life.

 

In the future he who can control the weather will probably control the earth.”²⁵

Now wait a second, we have the technology in different places around the world to control the weather or even make an earthquake? Uh yeah. It would appear so. It’s called HAARP. In fact, one thing they left out was that this same technology could be used to create a type of death ray that could be beamed over the atmosphere and then down anywhere on the planet to an intended target.

“Plasma physicist Bernard Eastlund explains that it is possible for a HAARP beam to take a part of the atmosphere and push it up further.

Earth Tomographer Brooks Agnew says that they are not paying attention to the ionosphere while it is being held 80 miles out into space by this high energy beam. He says during that time the ionosphere is heating up and creating energy that can discharge back down the radio beam and strike the earth with 100 times the energy released from a thunderbolt.

He further explains that once a ‘solar tap’ is formed, and the ionosphere actually discharges, the electrons and energy will come from all over the ionosphere and will strike the ground in a bolt which is a hundred times greater than any lightning bolt imaginable, and it will not strike one time, but rather 30-40 times per second until there is no longer any energy to flow from the ionosphere through that tap.

Also when it strikes the ground it will vaporize the ground, water, or whatever it happens to hit, like three or four Mt. Saint Helens Volcanoes going off each second that the bolt discharges.”²⁶
And so if you put all this together with our passage, imagine the level of deception and chicanery of the False Prophet, what he has to work with at his fingertips. If you don’t worship the antichrist like I tell you to, I’ll cause a hurricane to take out your country. I’ll cause an earthquake to really mess you up. And if that doesn’t work, and I quote, “I’ll cause fire to come down from heaven, i.e. I’ll send a death ray with HAARP to take you out! Only I won’t tell you it’s HAARP!” The whole time it’s phony, it’s a counterfeit, exactly like the Bible said would happen, in the Last Days, during the 7-year Tribulation.

But that’s not all. There’s one other interesting side-affect of this new HAARP technology. It also has the strange ability to send a beam down that can adversely affect the human brain. Check this out.

“Jean Manning is a journalist who stumbled into a strange world when she started asking questions about alternative energy sources and heard the story of an early 20th century inventor named Nicholas Tesla. Tesla is almost a cult hero, and an overlooked genius, and he has so many inventions that are at the basis of technologies that we have today.

Tesla talked about this Tesla shield around the planet and talked about particle beam weaponry, something called the death ray. Death ray? Jean wasn’t sure where all this was leading until “Mr. X” called again. And he said, “The maniacs are actually going to do it, up in Alaska.”

Zap incoming missles, disrupted global communications and engineer the weather and ready?  There’s one more. Some people believe the technology being tested here could be used for sinister projects involving humans. Radio waves messing around with people’s brain waves.

The human mind is subject to being affected by radio frequency energy and that’s what this device is. In other words you can move the moods of large populations using this kind of technology. 

Scientists have been experimenting with radio frequencies on animal’s brains for decades and the military has followed it all very closely. Especially, once it found that the Russians were on to it.

It was all kept a deep dark secret by the 2 superpowers. Back in the 60’s the Soviets began zapping the American Embassy in Moscow with a low frequency beam.  No one knows for sure what they were up to but one theory is that they were trying to mess with people’s central nervous systems

and one report did say the diplomats got depressed a lot. 
And HEY! Just think of all the nifty applications against the enemy. Why blow people up when you can drive them crazy. From documents dating back into the early 80’s we see that military had discussed the possibilities of
mind control through radio-frequency energy. 
A 1982 Air Force report called Radio Frequency Energy- A major new research initiative and said that our “RF” energy can “disrupt normal purposeful behavior.” A 1987 military report called for more research on  RF energy as a nonlethal weapon pointing out that most of the existing technology is classified and sure enough in 1993 there was a big
conference at Johns Hopkins University. Here, the entire conference was classified but the agenda wasn’t and weapons using extremely low radio frequency or ELF were listed as “a very attractive option.”

Is it just a coincidence that there’s been all of this talk and that HAARP will be experimenting with this, is that all just coincidence?

ELF waves produced from HAARP, when targeted on selected areas, can weather-engineer and create mood changes affecting millions of people.
