Bio
Yong Hee Kim was born in 1974 in Seoul, Korea. He moved to the United States at the age of 13 and began to study the art of photography at the age of 18. He grew up in New York, getting exposure to many diverse cultures the city has to offer. He received both his B.F.A. and M.F.A. in photography from Parsons School of Design and currently resides in New York continuing to further his interests on cityscapes and landscapes that draw on a unique perceptual experience. He teaches photography at the CUNY; Baruch College, International Center of Photography, SUNY; Purchase College and working on independent projects.
