Goals		Share internally and in confidence feedback, best practices and issues on HR steer and develop executive education programs tailored to address EuroCIO members’ identified human resources gaps contribute to the E.C. initiatives for foster ICT’s skills global frameworks

	Internal meetings	Quarterly, at least one face to face
	European e-Skills Association	EuroCIO is co-chair of the EeSA
	External events	Yes, EeSA and CEN mostly
Deliverables		White papers on CEN’s programmes: e-Curricula, e-CF, job profiles… Actual executive education programmes in conjunction with leading European Business Schools

Memberships		EeSA
Commitments per year		Internal meetings, teleconference : 3 x 2H Executive education :1H per week for people involved in specific projects (programmes review board, programmes management committee…)
Member CIOs		Representation might sometimes be requested however it is expected this would be very occasional, e.g. for an executive program launch event (1/2 day per year)
