1   TITLE
This award shall be known as the Printing Industry Superannuation (Roping in No. 5) Award 1996.
2   PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
The award known as the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988 (as varied from time to time) shall also be binding according to its terms upon:
(a) the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union and its members; and
(b) the employers named in Schedule A to this award in respect to all their employees, whether members of the union or not, employed by them whose work is covered by the following award to which they are respondent:

Graphic Arts (Australian Capital Territory) Interim Award 1982 [Print F1680 [G0041]]

and any subsequent roping in awards to those awards.
3   OPERATION AND DURATION
This award shall come into operation on and from 18 September 1996 and continue in force for six months.

1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Printing Industry Superannuation (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2001.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award is binding upon:
(a) The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union, its officers and members, and
(b) The employer listed in Schedule “A” hereof in respect of its employees, whether members of the union or not, employed by them whose work is covered by the Graphic Arts General Award 2000.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988, as varied from time to time, to apply.
4. LIMITED EXEMPTION
The employer named in Schedule “A” of this award shall, in respect of each of their employees, make the prescribed contribution in accordance with the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988 and in doing so be exempt from the provision of subclause 4(a) of that award.
5. OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 20 December 2001 and shall remain in force for six months.

ROPING-IN AWARD NO. 1 OF 2004

1 - TITLE
This Award shall be known as the Printing Industry Superannuation (Roping-in No. 1) Award 2004.
2 - PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
2.1 This Award shall be binding upon the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 Printcast Pty Ltd, 16-20 Amcor Way, Cambellfield Vic, 3062, in respect of their employees whether members of the Union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to what is otherwise provided in this Award, the provisions of the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988, as varied from time to toime, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
4 - OPERATION AND DURATION
This Award shall operate from the first pay period commencing on or after 16 August 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.

2.1 The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 Fiorini Industrial Packaging (Aust) Pty Ltd, 147 Barrington Street, BIBRA LAKE WA 6163.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award, the provisions of the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988 as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
This Award shall come into force from the first pay period to commence on or after 29 September 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
ROPING-IN AWARD NO. 3 OF 2004

1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Printing Industry Superannuation (Roping-in No. 3) Award 2004 (the Award).
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 The employers set out in Schedule A, in respect of their employees whether members of the Union or not.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award, the provisions of the Printing Industry Superannuation Award 1988 as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
This Award shall come into force from the first pay period to commence on or after 7 October 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
