Overarching expectations of industry for the delivery/assessment of the components
Part A: Aviation Safety
The industry expectation is that graduates achieving outcomes related to the Aviation Safety Management Framework will be equipped to operate effectively and efficiently in the aviation safety operational environment, and that RTOs will focus on providing quality training and assessment that is consistent with and meets the outcomes identified in the units of competency.
Part B: Ground Operations
The industry expectation is that qualification graduates will be equipped to operate effectively and efficiently in the Aviation Industry, and that RTOs will focus on providing quality training and assessment that is consistent with and meets the outcomes identified in the units of competency.
Part C: Flight Operations
Flight training enterprises and industry expect that:

flight crew licensing and qualification requirements will equip graduates to enter the Aviation Industry with the skills and knowledge required to be successful within commercial aviation contexts

industry flight training RTOs will focus on providing quality training and assessment that is consistent with and meets the outcomes identified in the units of competency, and is aligned to flight crew licensing standards.
