'It is sinful enough that one belittles his Muslim brother.' (Saheeh al-Jami)
*When one talks to a people in general, he should face them all, and not face one individual alone.
*If one makes a mistake in his wording, he should not be chastised for that mistake, even if it is tantamount to Kufr. The Prophet () said:
'Allah is more excited with the repentance of His slave than one who is in the desert on his camel and he lost his camel, and upon it was his provisions. He searched for it, until he could not find it; he then went to a tree and sat under its shade, and as he was like this, he found his camel standing by him. He grabbed its reigns and exclaimed: 'O Allah you are my slave and I am your Rubb…' he made a mistake out of extreme happiness.'
