the proposed 2% increase in the community contribution be held in a ‘community fund’ to be managed by a panel of government, industry, community and sporting organisations;
the ‘community fund’ establish a different focus than the community contribution payments managed by individual clubs, for example: larger grants, infrastructure grants or annual themed grants.
