Natural science is a branch of science concerned with the description, predic-
tion, and understanding
of natural phenomena, based on empirical evidence
from observation and experimentation.

Natural science can be divided into two main branches: life science and physi-
cal science.
Life sciences, include botany and zoology; and Physical science is
subdivided
into branches, including physics, chemistry,
astronomy and Earth
science.

According to National Curriculum Framework 2005, people today are faced
with an increasingly fast-changing world where most important skills are flex-
ibility, innovation and creativity. Good Science education
is true to the child
