Ending the lesson
• 
Ask students to look at the story again and think of 
adjectives to describe what the island looks like and how 
the children feel. Elicit ideas and write them on the board 
(e.g., 
the island – beautiful, hot, sunny, mysterious; the 
children – excited, resourceful, happy, smart, scared
. Ask 
students if they would like to be in a computer game and 
which game it would be.
