Question: I am a disabled person of the 2nd group and want to start my own home-based business as a confectioner. How will the project help me? Answer: You will be involved in training in with of the project and the trainers will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills as well as information on tax payments and reporting. By participating in a self-employment program, you will be provided with assets of “confectioner” business idea. 5. Citizen – Laman Rzayeva Question: I have finished the hairdressing course. I would like to open a beauty salon. Can I get help from the project? Answer: Yes. You can open a beauty salon by participating in the self-employment program and be provided with the assets of hairdresser business idea by participating in the self-employment program. Taking into account the preference of 4 categories of citizens in the main vulnerable group in the project which is implemented jointly with the World Bank, you will participate in training in frames of this project. At the end of the course, you will be provided with assets in accordance with the relevant business plan. Also, you may be assisted with technical skills. 6. Citizen - Samira Babayeva Question: I would like to open a beauty salon within the project. Can you help me? Answer: Yes. You can open a beauty salon by participating in the self-employment program and be provided with the relevant assets of “hairdresser” business. mployment program. There are two girls in the course: They both are from low-income families and live in rented houses, in Ganja. One of them is a student and she gets a full-time study. Can they benefit from this project? Answer: According to the law, persons studying full-time at higher educational institutions are not allowed to participate in the project. For that reason, a student who gets full-time education will not be able to participate in a self-employment program. However, another lady can apply to the district Employment Center where she is registered as a resident in order to be eligible for participating in a self-employment program and getting assets. Taking into account the preference of 4 categories (woman, youth, IDPs and recipients of targeted state social assistance) of citizens in the main vulnerable group in the project which is implemented jointly with the World Bank, she can benefit from this project and set up her business through a selected set of assets. Question: I have completed the tailoring course. Can I benefit from this Project in the tailoring field? Answer: By participating in the self-employment program, you can be provided with the assets of “tailoring” business idea. You will benefit from this project which is jointly implemented with World Bank and you will be involved in the training course. You will be able to develop a business plan in the selected business area and then you will be provided with assets and build your own business. Question 1: I completed a tailoring course in fashion design. Can I benefit from this Project in the tailoring field? Answer: By participating in the self-employment program, you can be provided with the assets of “tailoring” business idea. You will benefit from this project which is jointly implemented with World Bank and you will be involved in the training course.
