WELCOME SESSION

COMPULSORY for foreign exchange students or Double Diploma (except for students in 5th year and internships). Otherwise, students won’t be immediately enrolled at INSA.

Health insurance requirements and costs
Do you required students to have a health insurance?
YES it’s compulsory if you stay more than 3 months AND if you don’t have the European card of health insurance. In this case, students must take the insurance during the Welcome Session. (215 € in 2016).
In addition, students must subscribe while being in their home country an International Medical Health Insurancetranslated into French or English. This insurance shall be valid:
until August 31stif the student arrives in July or August OR
until the 1st day of the month following his/her arrival (Ex: if he/she arrive on October 4th, valid until November 1st)
Accommodation
If accepted at INSA Toulouse, students shall receive by email their Acceptance Letter AND the Accommodation Booking Form.
Within the deadline dates indicated in this email and in accordance with the very limited number of accommodations, the International Office (DRI) may manage the booking of their accommodation with our 2 partners: CROUS and PROMOLOGIS.
- CROUS rooms and studios coordinated by DRI: from 298€ to 370€ per month;
- PROMOLOGIS studios coordinated by DRI: around 417€ to 450€ per month.
Late applications will be refused.
If students prefer to live somewhere else, they shall book it by themselves. We provide information and a list of accommodations to help them.
Students can also contact the Toul’box service to help them find an accommodation (“All-in” Package – 200€ in 2016)
