TRANSPORT WEWNĆTRZNY MOVIMENTAZIONE 11.07 WA.03505.03 M. 13 LIFTING OF FILTER The filters should only be handled and lifted using the handling eye-bolts provided. Use lifting machinery suitable for the weight and dimensions of the filter and for the lifting distances in question. Hook up the filters to the lifting machinery using shackle and safety hooks; do not use clamps, rings, open hooks or any other system that does not guarantee the same degree of safety as shackles and safety hooks. LIFTING MACHINERY HEBEN DES FILTERS Zum Handling das Gerät nur an den speziell hierfür vorgesehe-nen Aufhängevorrichtungen befestigen! Nur sicherheitsge-prüftes Hebezeug verwenden, welches den Abmessungen und dem Gewicht des Geräts sowie der Art des Handlings entsprechen! Zum Handling nur Sicherheitshaken verwenden! Haken und Hebeeinrichtungen, die nicht den Unfallverhütungs-vorschriften entsprechen, dür-fen nicht verwendet werden. INSTALLATION - PNEUMATIC CONNECTION EINBAU - PNEUMATISCHE ANSCHLÜSSE INSTALACJA ¨C PRZY¨©ĄCZA PNEUMATYCZNE INSTALLAZIONE - COLLEGAMENTI PNEUMATICI 11.07 WA.03505.03 M. 18 COMPRESSED AIR REQUISITES Working of the filter requires permanent connection to a compressed air circuit. The compressed air must be: 1)Clean i.e. free of slags which could damage the solenoid valve(s) 2)Dehumidified The air tank has a condensate drain point. However, it is advisable to use a condense drain trap. 3)Deoiled i.e. the presence of oil in the air could irreversibly damage the filter artridges. It is advisable to use filters that always keep the air clean and oil-free. ANFORDERUNGEN AN DIE DRUCKLUFT Für seinen Betrieb muss der Filter permanent an eine Druckluft-leitung angeschlossen werden. Die Druckluft muss folgende Ei-genschaften haben: 1)Gereinigt d.h. frei von Schlacken, wel-che die Magnetventile beschä-digen können 2)Trocken Der Druckluftbehälter des Filters ist mit einem Hahn zum Ablassen von Kon denswas-ser ausgestattet.Es sollte aber besser ein Kondensatabschei-der ver wendet werden. 3)Entölt d.h., Öl in der Druckluftzufuhr kann irreparable Verstopfun-gen des Filters zur Folge haben Man sollte Filter benutzen, wel-che die Druckluft immer sauber und ölfrei halten. Sprćżone powietrze musi być : 1) Oczyszczone Wolne od zgorzelin, które mog©©yby uszkodzić filtr. 2) Osuszone Zbiornik filtru jest wyposażony w korek spustowy wody kondensacyjnej. Należy prze-widzieć zastosowanie separa-tora wody kondensacyjnej. 3)Odolejone Obecność oleju może spowodować przedwczesne i nieodwracalne zatkanie filtru. Zalecane jest stosowanie filtrów, które utrzymują powietrze zawsze w stanie czystym i odolejonym. REQUISITI ARIA COMPRESSA Il funzionamento del filtro richie-de il collegamento permanente ad un circuito di aria compressa. L'aria compressa deve essere: 1)Pulita esente da scorie che potreb-bero danneggiare le elettroval-vole del filtro 2)Deumidificata il serbatoio del filtro č dotato di un tappo scarico condensa. E' opportuno comunque prevede-re l'utilizzo di un separatore di condensa. 3)Disoleata la presenza di sostanze oleo-se nell'aria costituirebbe una causa di intasamento precoce ed irreversibile Si consiglia l'utilizzo di filtri che mantengano l'aria sempre pulita e disoleata.
