4.3.1. How have clean technologies, including energy-efficient technologies, been taken into account in the allocation process? 4.3.2. If at all, which clean technologies have been taken into account and on what basis have they been identified as such? Is any of the energy generation technologies taken into account eligible for state aid by reason of the environment in any Member State?
