In this sub system the user can register the process of item delivery to the requested bureau. You can check whether the items are delivered the intended bureau or not. If you find any wrong delivery, the system has a way to make correction on that.

Click “select bureau” button using select bureau from bureau hierarchy

Select publication title respect to filling the above fields
|
|
List of book information will be displayed on the table
|
|
Select one row from listed book and enter the remaining information
|
|
Click save All button to save delivered book
|
|
If you want to see all delivered book, click display delivered book button
|
|
List of delivered book will be displayed
|
|
“UPDATE” button is help you to modify delivered book
|
|
“DEELET” button is deleting delivered book
|
|
“CLEAR” button will help you to reset the fields
