Item selection For Publication(Book, Teacher Guide or Reference)

This sub system select item those are ready for publication. The system has a mechanism to modify or change selected item. It is also easy to observe or view the selected items.

	After entering fiscal year select item type and if item type is Book or Teacher Guide or Reference Book
	After selecting publication title from the dropdown list click on display item
	List of publication title will be displayed on the table
	Select one row from the list item and click on Add item button
	Click save All After adding all item for the publication
	Click on published item
	List of published item will be listed on the table
	Check the box on select column for modifying the published data
	“UPDATE” button is help you to modify published item
	“DEELET” button is deleting published item if it is checked
	“CLEAR” button will help you to reset the fields
